Bonnie Stern’s Flurtz product has been making the rounds at adult-entertainment product shows. The chocolate that supposedly enhances a womans sex drive was officially launched at the Erotica show in Los Angeles this past summer. More recently, Stern’s product was featured at Adultcon Los Angeles, where people get to see their favorite porn stars and purchase pornographic materials from movies to sex toys to lingerie. Bonnie’s brother Howard K Stern has most recently been in the news for the past year since the death of his client Anna Nicole Smith’s son Daniel Smith and then Anna’s death and ensuing paternity battle with Larry Birkhead over Anna’s daughter Dannielynn.

Continuing Chapter 12, Rita sez that she actually spoke to Larry in the Bahamas, not saying when exactly. She said that she was walking around the shops of the Atlantis Hotel. Larry was buying baby clothes, rattles, and stuffed animals so he could take them over to Dannielynn before he went back to the States. But she sez that Howard would not permit Larry to see his daughter again even though Larry begged him. Howard said “you can’t, you haven’t done anything for me”. Hours later, Larry boarded a plane for home “sobbing and desperate to see his child”.

Chapter 12 is where Rita reveals that Jackie Hatten says Howard has “something on Larry”. She goes on to describe as most have heard that Anna and Jackie walked in on Howard and Larry having sex in Los Angeles. Anna video taped it. No date is given. Jackie also tells that Anna again reminded Jackie that Howard is gay. Anna did not mind Larry having sex with men as Anna was said to prefer women. Jackie Hatten said that she never did meet Larry face to face.

The two nannies Quethlie Alexis and Nadine Alexie told private investigators some details about Howard and Anna’s home life. They said that Howard spent most of his time on the computer and Anna often stayed in bed watching movies. When asked what she watched, the nannies said that Anna’s favorite was Larry and Howard having sex together. According to them, she watched it over and over again.

April 10th was when it was revealed in a Bahamian court that the results of the DNA test proved Larry is the father of Dannielynn.

**From QV: I was made privy to an email from Bonnie Stern to her current internet helpers. The email proved to be very eye opening. While parts of Rita’s book have incorrect statements as to factual events, this email would go hand in hand with Rita’s claim that Howard knew before the DNA test that Dannielynn was not his child.

Forget about Larry going back to Kentucky and raising Dannielynn away from the intrusion of lights and cameras. E! Television is negotiating a reality series that will feature not only Larry but Dannielynn.

“He wants people to see how hands-on he is,” a source told Us Weekly in their Oct. 1st issue. “From diaper duty to teaching Dannielynn her first words, while he lives under the glare of the media through lawsuits and custody battles.”

An E! source told Us the yet-to-be-titled project is “still in the early stages,” however the source close to Birkhead claims it will run the emotional gamut from “the very comical to the very sincere.”

“I wanted to do something that would make her mother proud,” said Birkhead in the Sept. 24 issue of In Touch Weekly. “Anna was over-the-top in life. I wanted to do something she’d approve of.”

“Larry has turned down a lot of offers. [He's] not sure about the show,” the source told Us. “He was on a few of Anna’s reality shows and saw how that worked, with the long hours… But the production companies are getting more and more aggressive because they think the show will be a hit.”

Debra Opri said that her goal with Larry Birkhead was to portray him as an “aw shucks nice guy”. She said that keeping him quiet proved successful and American embraced Larry.

Not so behind the scenes Opri states. Larry was not supposed to appear in Judge Seidlin’s Florida courtroom but Larry protested that he wanted to be where “all the action” was and he wanted to be a part of the big “photo op”.

After that hearing Opri states that Larry’s behavior changed drastically especially after the “secret” meeting with Howard that Ford Shelley leaked to the press.

During that meeting Larry was promised he’d get to meet “HIS DAUGHTER”. Larry arrived in the Bahamas days before Anna Nicole’s funeral with his security guard Mark Speer who overheard all conversation between Larry and Howard.

Howard presented Dannielynn to Larry and said “here is your daughter”. Speer states that Howard told Larry, “I will give you YOUR BABY, if you leave me as executor of the estate”. Howard also offered to pay Larry a fee. Larry stated “You don’t have to pay me a fee because whatever is there is MINE anyway”. Not Dannielynn’s, but Larry’s. Opri goes on to say that Birkhead started seeking Howard’s advice and was “in over his head with Stern”.

Virgie was granted a visit to see Dannielynn before the funeral as well. However when she went to touch the baby, Howard stopped her and told her that she was allowed to “see” the baby but not touch her. Howard then offered Virgie a deal as well. He said, “if you let Vickie be buried in the Bahamas, Ill let you hold her and kiss her”. Howard was referring to the last minute legal actions to stop the funeral from taking place. Virgie left without touching her granddaughter.

Tas said when she discovered Anna, she believes that she had been dead for “some time”.
Brigitte Neven, the person who saw that something was very wrong, states that Anna was still warm. A doctor that was interviewed for the book stated that a body that was covered up as Anna’s was can stay warm for up to 12 hours.

A toxicologist interviewed by Fox News said that chloral hydrate is rarely prescribed and is known to be fatal when combined with other drugs including Lorazepam which was also given to her by Dr Khris.

Rita ends her book by describing the June 2007 hearing concering Anna Nicole’s estate. Howard and Larry sat side by side. An ex bodyguard of Larry’s said that no way would Howard and Larry be friendly if they were not in “cahoots” and had mutual “deals” together.

Yeah that’s right. With all the turmoil that Anna Nicole had to live in the last days of her life, chapter 13 seems like the best place to start. What is printed here is excerpts from Rita’ Cosby’s book and does not reflect the opinions of the owners and authors of this site. So… Rita sez…

• A woman by the name of Melodie Delancy spent the night with Big Moe who staying in the adjoining room to Anna’s at the Hard Rock Hotel on the last night of Anna Nicole’s life.
• Big Moe and Tas reported that Howard was acting “fidgety” on the day of Anna’s death as he met them in the hotel hallway saying that he left the room to use his cell phone. He later made three calls inside the room.
• There were many phone calls made between Moe and Tas and Moe and Howard and Howard and others.
• Tas said that Howard’s computer was open and showing a $37,000 wire transfer. Police did not report seeing any wire transfers.
• There was a baby bottle positioned on top of Anna with Pedialyte in it. Tas said that there is no way that Anna could have put it there herself.
• Dr Khris, who left Anna the night before her death after Anna begged her not to, caught a plane ride back to Florida with Entertainment Tonight. She told ET’s Mark Steins that the paternity battle was literally too much for Anna Nicole to bear possibly suggesting suicide to Steins.

Ok magazine calls Larry Birkhead a “diva” on the cover of their Sept 24th issue.

They report that guests at Dannielynn’s birthday party (aka Larry’s party) were forced to give up their cell phones and sign release forms promising they would not take photos. Their source says that Dannielynn was not in attendance at the party “very much”.

Also revealed is that aside from a park outing in July, DL is rarely seen out with Dad. The source expects to next see Dannielynn out with her dad, maybe at best, Christmas time. They add that Birkhead will most certainly want to share camera time as well.

OK’s source adds that Larry had nothing to do with preparing the party. When Larry arrived, it was all about his hair. <sigh>

A week after daughter Danielynn celebrated her first birthday, Larry Birkhead is cleansing their lives of people with bad intentions, including the late Anna Nicole Smith’s mother Virgie Arthur.

“Life is too short, this story has taught me,” Birkhead, 34, told PEOPLE at Sunday’s TV Guide post-Emmys party in Hollywood. “I have no plans to fight. I’d just like to be positive for my daughter.”

Birkhead says about Arthur, who is Danielynn’s grandmother, “She says she wants to be a grandma, but grandmas bake cookies, not fake lawsuits. ? I’d like everybody that shows good intentions to be a part of my baby’s life. I think that’s the only way to do it. If you show me anything less than the best intentions, then hit the road.”

Birkhead adds, “I’ve had to make a few of those calls, unfortunately. She was one of the ones on the list.”

Proven by a DNA test to be Danielynn’s father, Birkhead is still reportedly engaged in a custody dispute with Arthur over Danielynn.

Meanwhile, Birkhead has found an ally in Howard K. Stern, who was also battling Birkhead for custody earlier this year.

“It’s a working relationship,” Birkhead tells PEOPLE of Stern. “People can scratch their heads at it, because I do, too. Chances are, if Anna were alive today, things would be different for us. Howard was a part of her life, so you just have to pick up where you can.”

Birkhead explains, “Every once in a while, if there’s business as it pertains to the estate or whatever, then I’ll speak to [Stern]. But other than that, I’m my own person, my own ship, and I don’t really answer to anybody else except myself.”
