Witness Testimony Concluded in Daniel Smith Inquest
Once again, I was able to speak to a source who was present in the courtroom.
Jack Harding nor Melanie Thompson were present today as expected. The Nannies were also missing and their statement was not allowed into evidence. The statement from the nurse that has not been able to be located was allowed. She had said that Howard left the hospital twice on the early morning hours of September 10th.. Once for food and then again for unknown purposes.
Howard testified that he loved Daniel like a brother and never thought that he would kill himself. He admitted taking the picture of Daniel after he died and was being cradled in his mothers arms. He testified that he was asked to take the picture by Anna Nicole and if he had to do it all over again, he would still take the picture. Howard also stated that he had no idea that Daniel was using any type of medication, prescribed for him or otherwise.
Howard also testified that he did not carry any drugs for Anna Nicole. He has no knowledge of a duffel bag. He said that Anna Nicole took care of her own drugs. She prepared and administered them to herself, he said.
Witness testimony is concluded. The court will reconvene on Thursday morning where there will be summations heard by the court. The jury will then deliberate and if any decision is made other than suicide or accidental death, there will be more investigation by Bahamian authorities and possibly the United States will then become involved.

QV - Any word from your source as to whether Stern was cross examined and how that went? Surely the attorneys on the other side had a few questions for Stern. (Because, quite frankly I’d be itching to jump in….lol)
For example, Stern says Anna got her own drugs? Since when? He actually stated under oath that he knew nothing of the duffel bag? Did the jury laugh?

HKS said something altogether different on the tv in my living room. And I quote what he told Judge Seidlin under oath:
” I was in charge of Anna Nicole’s drugs and kept them hidden from her so that I could administer them myself.”
Moe said the same thing. The drugs were even in HKS’s name.
Stick a fork in him.

Yeah, I know. I just got the highlights. Sorry…. Once again, so many unanswered questions. I don’t expect much out of the Bahamas though. And the delays have hurt too.
What do you all think about Howard throwing Larry under the bus? I wonder how Larry is feeling right now about Howard? I wonder if there was a strategy but because the judge did not buy Larry’s change of testimony, Howard had to go the other way.

I think S & B planned it this way, that Stern would contradict Birkhead so the jury wouldn’t see they are in cahoots. It’s all part of their elaborate game to defraud the planet as well as Danni Lynn.

I am thinking that it might help to recall the information that the jury no doubt would be familiar with from news sources and the nannies’ interviews. These people live on such a small island some information about this case would surely be familiar to them. Such as, would it not be common knowledge that the nannies said that Howard K Stern gave Anna her medication? Would they remember that Anna’s medications that killed her were in his name? I am just wondering if the jury would swallow HKS’s testimony hook line and sinker. He is the most unsympathetic character that I have ever been witness to and he could not convince me the sky is blue on the sunniest day! His spacey stare and monotone voice sends chills down my spine and makes the hair on the back of my neck prickle! I am just not convinced one little bit that the jury would be that gullible!

I felt nothing would come out of there too. But we have the next stage to look forward to, this my be a blessing in disguise.
I hope on Thursday they can convince the judge to at least allow the nannies testimony.

Former Nannies For Smith’s Baby Consider Lawsuit

Two former nannies who reportedly worked in the Eastern Road home where the late American celebrity Anna Nicole Smith lived are considering suing a popular Internet site for publishing an un-filed affidavit bearing their names.
Nadine Alexie, 37, and Quethlie Alexis, 33, said they fear for their lives because misinformation was printed in the affidavit and was circulated on the worldwide web.
The women’s attorney said although no suit has been filed against TMZ.Com, nothing is impossible at this point.
OH, IT LOOKS LIKE EVERYBODY IS GOING TO SUE THE NANNIES…BUT,IF THE NANNIES ARE MISSING FOREVER MAYBE TMZ WON’T HAVE ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT EITHER.
The former nannies were at Comfort Suites Resort on Paradise Island Wednesday to give “Controversy TV” an interview on what they claimed transpired in the home during their employment there.
WE NOW KNOW THE FBI HAVE THE TAPES.
The women told reporters they agreed to grant the interview so that the truth may be told and justice could prevail.
NOW I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE CRYING FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE TO PREVAIL!
They also expressed interest in the health of Dannielynn, Ms. Smith’s seven-month old daughter.
WE ALL ARE CONCERNED ABOUT DANIELYNN!
The women are also scheduled to appear as witnesses in the coroner’s inquest into Daniel’s death.
WHERE ARE THOSE LITTLE RESCALS?
The local media were allowed to sit in on the interview, but all foreign reporters were asked to leave.
NOT VERY FRIENDLY!
Ms. Alexis claimed she was hired on September 4 and was employed at Ms. Smith’s residence up until November 29. Mrs. Alexie claimed she was hired from September 17 and was there until December 14.
Ms. Alexis claimed Ms. Smith terminated her over a broken part in the washing machine, and Mrs. Alexie claimed Howard Stern, Ms. Smith’s companion, terminated her after she made inquiries to a medical doctor about the prescription drugs Ms. Smith was taking.
WOULD THAT HAVE BEEN DR. E?
During the interview Wednesday, both women expressed relief that photographer Larry Birkhead had been named Dannielynn’s father as they claimed that the safety of the baby girl was in jeopardy.
NO ONE REALIZED THAT LARRY WAS A BIG SPENDING PARTY ANIMAL LIAR!
The women said they were not surprised that Mr. Birkhead was the father because Ms. Smith had told them that the father was her boyfriend in the United States and not Mr. Stern.
WELL, WE ALL PRETTY WELL HAD THAT ONE FIGURED OUT!
Ms. Alexis said she was often concerned about the baby’s health because Ms. Smith instructed her to underfeed the baby so that she could grow up to be a slim, sexy movie star.
“I used to hide food for the baby because Anna wanted us to give the baby only one and a half once of milk and the doctor instructed us to give her more food. So when Anna made the bottle with soy milk I would throw it out and make a proper bottle,” Ms. Alexis said.
The former nannies also claimed that Dannielynn suffered from colic, but was given an overdose of medication to keep her from crying.
METHADONE?
“When I arrived at the house one day Dannielynn was sleeping and this was from 10am to around 2pm…so I became very concerned because she did not wake up for a feeding,” Mrs. Alexie said.
She said she was worried because she knew this was a result of Dannielynn being given too much medication.
THAT IS CHILD ABUSE AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPORTED!
The women also alleged that Ms. Smith’s relationship with Mr. Stern was not how in appeared in front of cameras.
SURPRISE! SURPRISE!
They said Ms. Smith blamed Mr. Stern for her son’s death.
WELL, SO DO I!
The women said they believe Mr. Birkhead will protect the baby’s best interest, but they said they hope that the child’s maternal grandmother, Virgie Arthur, is allowed to play a role in the child’s life.

If the testimony is not part of the record, and if Baha law is similar to US law, the jurors cannot consider it….no matter where or how they heard it….I’m glad the missing nurses testimony was allowed, and I’d love to know what Anna’s statement said. Howard is dispicable, and would know how to tell the truth if he tried. So a poor innocent young man who died in highly suspicious circumstances is going to be left unavenged. God help us all, and I pray I never die in the Baha’s.

QV sure love the picture. I wish life was all honest but as OJ and others have shown it is not a perfect world here. I hope for the best and the truth to come out. If anybody gave Daniel and Anna the drugs they will pay now and if not now they will answer in another world but they will answer.

I believe that Birkhead and Stern devised the plan to have conflicting testimonies in the Inquest, to give the jury “reasonable doubt” (as we would say in a court in the states).
Stern intentionally portrayed himself as the good guy who did not trash Daniel by saying Daniel did drugs.
I believe Birkhead and Stern each played their parts exactly as they had planned and they knew ahead of time exactly how each would testify.
I believe the Bahamian jurors are probably intimidated by Stern’s well known Bahamian attorney, Wayne Monroe, and will not recommend criminal charges against Stern.
