Interview with Brother, Lee A-
-claims car smelled up garage..Hit like a wave and very potent.
-Went to TL appartment to get CA stuff midnight on July 15
-Got laptop she had for past month
-Noted everything was well organized in bag and thought it wasn’t like CA to be so neat
-got back to house at 2:25 am with CA stuff
-Dumped out contents and went thru everything. CA took cash that was stolen from her out of CA wallet
and found stolen credit cards.
-mentions CA stole checks from LA friend R in Jacksonville in the past
-receipts from CA chronologically by date..22 total from the 20th to the 15th..Defense attorney has them
-JG and CA maintain a regular relationship not known to parents for past couple of years up until May till TL

Girl CA worked with
-Met CA at Fusion when CA was working
-Didn’t know she was a mom till later
-worked at Fusion 2 times as a shot girl when 2 girls quit to help out, it was last minute
-June 27 and July 11 dates she worked
-CA appeared to be happy and content
-Talked to CA on July 15 about incident at Fusion on July 11
-JR said she wasn’t going to work there anymore because she was only helping out
-CA told her she was going to her Universal job
-They discussed Caylee was her daughter and her d-bay was the next month
-Incident on July 11 at Fusion was girls stomach was scratched
-The only time she saw CA drink was May 23 when she was up on stage
-Only hung out at Fusion
-They were supposed to go out but CA called and cancelled because she got a speeding ticket
and told her not that night.
-The next morning she called CA and CA had a hang over from getting really drunk
-Time frame was mid-June
-CA told her she had just recently moved to the area from JR thought was the Lee Vista area or wherever CA parents are from

-lied about how close he was to CA
-admitted he was intitmate
-Is a friend of JG and met her thru him at a firing range with Caylee
-JG is ex fiance and went to academy with JG
-Met at Subway on Moss Park Rd
-Couple of weeks later met CA at the bar he was working as a bouncer at Latitudes
-CA and JG were hanging all over each other and AR assumed they were back together
-Became Facebook/Myspace friends are Christmas time
-Went out to eat then back to his appartment and ‘hooked up’ first week of January
-CA told him she got a new job as a party planner, taking up a lot of time and working from home
and mentions Caylee is her kid not sister.
-They didn’t talk again until end of April/beginning of May
-Beginning of May CA stopped by and talked to AR about JG and fighting with him.
She also mentions talking to a new guy TL.
-Middle to end of May CA goes over to AR and has sex again with him
-IM message on May 8 to AR ,CA mentions ‘at least kid is passed out’

-They hadn’t spoken for a while and she never moved because she broke up with the guy but she would be glad to get out of parents house. CA said her parents helped her with Caylee
- AR said she drank, mentioned marihuana and maybe some kind of pills or something
- The only time he saw her sh**house was with JG and JG had to pretty much carry her out of the bar.
Timeframe of that was September and November and more possible November
-AR knew she used cannibis and had a high tolerance to a drug and alcohol
-He (JG) may have tried some things but didn’t know what
and didn’t want to go on record about because he wasn’t sure.
- CA told him Caylee father was dead and a friend of hers from high school maybe
- She tried to claim JG was the father
- CA wasn’t clingy about the sex was like okay, it’s good, it’s over . She never spent the night and left right after
-They used protection the first time and not the second time.

Friend of CA. Checks and money stolen
-Always wanted to meet CA parents before she moved in with CA but was told they were crazy
-Always an excuse of why she couldn’t
-Tried for a month to meet them
-CA said she was about to buy a place to live and said AH could move in with them
-CA buying house fell through then told AH her mom was signing house over to her .
Her mom getting condo and grandparents coming from Mt.Dora for a better facility.
AH can move in with her and she will be taking over mortgage payments.
-time frame is mid-May of conversation
-early to mid-June house would be signed over and planned on moving in June
-Various stuff happened. CAs mom took it back, had 30 days to negate deal and her parents were getting a divorce.
Was still going to look for an appartment
-CA started listening to the same music as TL
-CA would eat a brownie and started smoking more pot than she ever had
-Getting pot from TL
-week of June 14 thru 21 kind of fell off the face to AH
-Everything was all phone calls since Jacksonville
-Spent every night June 30 thru July 5
-CA always had an explanation of where Caylee is and said she was at Busch Gardens and having fun

July 31 second interview with JG-
ex-fiance’
- Changing testimony says he can’t actually be sure he heard Caylee in background.
2 scenarios going thru.
-Doesn’t believe Casey would ever hurt Caylee on purpose.
-Casey would leave Caylee unattended.
-Caylee could have asphyxiated and died in the time she was unattended.
-She like to put rocks or dog food in her mouth.
-Casey could have had mental breakdown and put Caylee somewhere and told herself a new reality of what happened. -She would be in her own separate world and has mental issues that needs to be dealt with.
-She wouldn’t have told anyone unless she needed someone to help her.
Wouldn’t have been him and thinks it would have been Tony L. who was her current boyfriend who she was in love with. He would have told the correct people if something had happened.
-He thinks Casey would have put Caylee next to the playhouse if something had happened to her.
Can’t think of anywhere else.
-She loved the playhouse and would always go there when he was outside with her.
-For the first eleven months and then the 2 months Oct. /Nov. when he got to see her Caylee was always at home unless with the nanny.
- Don’t think there was anywhere else he can remember except home, pool and playhouse.
Needs mom to come in to say who had Caylee on what day and not getting the cooperation to do it.
Casey affective liar, diabolical liar.
Never saw her doing drugs. Possibility of ransom. Fusion nightclub is drug friendly club.
Possibly ripped of someone at Fusion and pissed off the wrong person.

Girlfriend of ALs roommate Clint. He stayed there(TLs) for a couple of weeks while looking for a place
-After June 9th (10,11,12) saw CA with Caylee.
-Went to boyfriends (TL roommate) appartment around 7 pm, Caylee answers door.
-something didn’t sit right with her, gut instinct.
-Was out on balcony with Caylee asking if she had seen any alligators in lake and Caylee was pointing out birds.
-She had to leave but she didn’t think it was safe for Caylee to be out on the balcony.
-There was always something off and struck her as odd. (*second mention)
-She was over there all the time.
-She would talk to boyfriend in afternoon, she was there. She would go over after work between 5 and 7:30 and she was there.
-Found it odd since CA ha a full time job and had daughter to take care of.
-She had start, she had come over a couple of times.
-Found odd that CA herself was over there without Caylee and spend the night a lot.
- She says CA stayed with TL all week end of June 20
-Saturday(21) or Sunday(22) morning asked CA where Caylee was and CA says she was at beach with nanny
-Found it odd that CA would trust Caylee with strangers on the balcony to watch her.(going back to balcony incident)
-Balcony was second floor
-Found it odd that CA was in TLs room and left Caylee with a group of strangers in living room
-She helped Caylee put on socks and shoes

-CA told her she worked at Universal but knew it wasn’t true because she was always at TLs

-Claimed she had a nanny who was a friend and she paid $400.00 a week for.

I have the interview with GA I did the other night but just haven’t had the time to get it in there yet..His interview was really interesting to me. It really felt like an emotional interview from him and almost had me change my thoughts about a few things. I would like to see a few interviews of his character which would be helpful. There was a few things that stood out to me with what he said. I haven’t had the chance to go over CAs interview yet and I have only seen portions of it here and there.
Mish with those checks from LA that were stolen, I don’t believe anything was done to charge her with that or we would have seen it discussed in the media. I am sure they would have reported on it by now. I am thinking his friend was probably compensated by the family so she wouldn’t be charged.

I did not like the bounty guy, Leonard Padilla at first, for getting Casey out of jail … but now that he has figured out what they are all up to, I look forward to hearing his insights on Nancy Grace. I agree that George Anthony does not know everything that happened between his wife, Cindy, and his daughter, Casey, including the fight where Cindy choked Casey because she stole from the grandparents.
I believe that Cindy (grandma) is doing everything in her power now to protect her daughter, Casey, from a murder conviction, even though she knows that Caylee is dead. I can see why Cindy hired a criminal defense attorney for herself, to keep herself out of trouble for anything she might be hiding from law enforcement.

Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla made national headlines when he bonded Anthony out of jail, but although he’s back in California, he’s not keeping himself too far away from the case of the missing 3-year-old toddler, Caylee Anthony.
Padilla said that he believes something didn’t add up about the preliminary DNA test results that came back last week from the trunk of Anthony’s car. Officials found strands of hair that they ruled could have either been Casey’s or Caylee’s.
“The Feds released information that the hair was either the mother’s or the daughter’s; they didn’t distinguish,” Padilla said. “Why would they not know whether it was the daughter or the mother? They didn’t say it was Caylee’s.”
Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.

WOW! Padilla actually said that out loud to media in Florida??!!!!! “A union between Lee (the brother) and Casey (baby’s Mom) …” !!!!!!
I had heard it suggested that maybe George (the grandpa) was the father of the baby …. but I had not heard that the brother, Lee, was possibly the baby’s Dad. It is obvious that Casey was trying awfully hard to hide who the baby’s daddy really is ….. this might explain why!!!!
At first I felt great sympathy for George and Cindy Anthony and Cindy sounded sooooo distraught on that 911 call where she said it smelled like a dead body in the car. Now, I think they are all a severely dysfunctional, messed up family and I think they are all hiding things that would help locate Caylee’s body.

Cadaver Dogs Used To Search Wooded Areas For Caylee Anthony
Eyewitness News has learned detectives have been searching for the body of Caylee Anthony in two more places in east Orange County. Caylee was reported missing 79 days ago. Detectives say she is dead and that at one point her body was in the trunk of her mom’s car.
Investigators used cadaver dogs to search both wooded areas that are not far from where Casey Anthony lives with her parents. One is near the Amscot at Goldenrod and Highway 50 where Casey abandoned her car in late June. Investigators have searched the area more than once with cadaver dogs.
The other area is closer to Orlando International Airport, where a driver told investigators she saw a car like Casey’s white Pontiac Sunfire parked in the median days after Caylee disappeared and she saw someone slight of build wearing a baseball cap and what looked like athletic wear walk out of the woods, someone she believes could have been Casey. It was odd to her because it’s not a popular spot for joggers.
Thursday, Casey’s attorney said it’s not in her best interest to tell what she knows about where Caylee is.
“It does her no good to show her cards to give the prosecution any advantage they have to put her away for life,” Jose Baez said.
Judging by what he said, it would seem that Casey would get herself into trouble by telling what she knows about Caylee’s whereabouts.

It irritates me that Casey, and I believe her brother and parents, have known all along that Caylee is dead …. yet they allowed that search group to waste their time on extensive search efforts for a living Caylee, and allowed hundreds of volunteer searchers to waste their time and money searching for Caylee.
Meanwhile, Casey is dragging innocent people through the mud and ruining their reputations, when she KNOWS they had nothing to do with her daughter’s disappearance. Such as Zanaida Gonzalez and Jesse Grund.
I really do not understand how the grandparents of Caylee, who seem to love her very much, can stand by and allow her little body to deteriorate in an unmarked grave, and not say anything about what they know, simply to protect Casey.

Casey Anthony Seeks OK To Travel To Search For Missing Daughter
ORLANDO, Fla. — Casey Anthony, the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee, is seeking freedom from her home confinement restraints so she can have the ability to travel and search for her daughter, according to newly released court documents.
A judge on Friday will consider the motion, along with several others at a court hearing.
It is not known where Anthony, 22, wants to travel in the search for Caylee, who was last seen in mid-June but wasn’t reported missing until mid-July. Anthony’s family recently said that a baby sitter may have taken Caylee to Puerto Rico.
Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, filed several other legal motions, including having access to his client’s car so experts can photograph and test it.
Anthony’s defense team also wants law enforcement to hand over all forensic evidence regardless of whether prosecutors will use it in his client’s child neglect case. The evidence includes the chloroform allegedly found in Anthony’s car and hair and DNA discovered in the trunk.
Baez is also requesting all of the evidence from his client’s computer and cell phone records. Prosecutors have released some of that information to the defense.

After reading that article of her wanting to travel I am hoping the judge denies it. Some of the most obvious reasons would be for safety concerns and a media circus. There seems no way she would be able to be of any help with searching. I wouldn’t put it past her to lead them to numerous states for absolutely nothing except a goose chase like she did before which I am sure the defense will use against her. She is probably going stir crazy because she can’t go out like she wants to and I wouldn’t doubt she would blame Caylee for that. It is about time she is held accountable for her actions without someone there to bail her out. She has an unbelievable ego that she is all that, totally my opinion of course.

Two questions come to mind. Did she not realize that those checks were going to go back to Amy and Amy would see them and the one made out to Casey. The check to Target with Casey signing the check, how stupid is she and the cashier for taking it goes to show she didnt validate the signature with ID and the actual name on the check.

I watched the video of her at Target and was just reading some of the docs. I am surprised at the bank for cashing the check without verifying the signature of the signer of the check first. Back in the day that was how it used to be done before cashing a personal check but then again every bank has a different procedure. I am not too surprised about Target taking the check, that kind of thing happens a lot more than we think. Sometimes we rely on the machines to verify that the check it ok but if it hasn’t been reported yet it will go thru which she knew that AH was away. I really don’t think she thought she could get away with it and probably had some kind of elaborate story or explanation for why she used her account. I am sure she would have told her she would pay her back and would convince her with some story of how desparate she was. I just don’t think it played out how she had hoped because her mom got involved. Once AH was told how she stole money there was no chance for CA to try to tell her why she used her account and spin her story. It was basically too late for that. IMO, it never played out how she thought it would because of her mothers involvement which ruined all her plans. Remember it was on the same day she(AH) arrived back from her trip and went to the mall. She really didn’t have a chance to be with CA for her to tell her what she did yet.

Tonight NG said she had ‘bombshells’ and she did. LP was on and said Tim Miller was going out in the morning to look for Caylee and he was betting all his money Tim will find her before Tues. He also mentioned searching near the airport.. I have no doubt they know where she is and will find her! Tuesday is the day of the grand jury and there will be people testifying. GA and CA were told to clear their schedules and also AH and TL.. Friday is the day we will find out about JB motions from the court. Everything is moving quick and finally falling into place..I think Casey has her days numbered…

The search will be SE of the Anthony home, North of the airport. Swampy and wooded. There is a road which cuts through the area.
CA called AH on June 26th and said she had gotten rid of the smell.
He also had said that CA went to Amscott and dumped the car with Caylee still in the trunk. She then went back to Amscott and took the car to dump her body near the airport. Then went back to Amscott to dump the car for good.

Last night I woke up three times dreaming that the little girl is lost because she can’t find her doll. I do hope they find this sweet baby and bury her with her doll.
Also, this Zany babysitter. Could it be possible that Zany is this Amy Zuniga (or something like that)?
I just hope they find this baby because I think she is lost in the spirit world looking for her doll. I don’t think she will be able to go to the light until her grandmother releases her spirit.
I hope this doesn’t sound to way off the wall. I just hope that this darling little girl is found soon.

I wonder if that is why she wants off house arrest and “look” for Caylee herself “in secret”, because she KNOWS the end is near.
Does she think she can move the evidence(body) or does she plan on running?
I hope that they find her not only to nail that witch but to put this little girl at rest and a proper burial and I hope that her family will finally wise up and it sinks in what has happened.
I cant believe she is walking around with those sunglasses and hoodie and she bought them with Amy’s money.

Here is an interview with LP the bounty hunter.
To sum it up some highlights he said the judge was clever and that he gave the prosecution ten days to provide the information that when she gets indicted in 5 days they would get the discovery anyhow. He says CA is nuts and she is totally in la-la land. The results from the FBI labs has a substantial amount of evidence that Caylee’s remains was in the trunk of the car. The reason he says LA refusing to take a DNA test and polygraph test was because he didn’t want to be shown as the father of the child. They have narrowed down area where Caylee is by cell phone pings and it is in between the Anthony home and the corner of the airport. TM will be searching as soon as the weather is good. 2,000 volunteers to search! LA changed the parents mind of taking polygraph and that is why they refused. On the 27th of June CA tells AH “I finally got rid of the smell of the dead squirrel in the car”.

I am really trying to grasp this whole situation about LA being potentially the father and it is very difficult to say the least. I am going to go back to the beginning to get an idea of how everything that has played out. Now I don’t have links for everything I will post to confirm it but it is out there and I should say it may not be all accurate(rumor) but close to what occured..
CA denies being pregnant even up to 7 months. She does not want to have Caylee and wanted to give her up for adoption. She denies to extended family(uncle) that she is pregnant and that she is having female problems causing her bloating which is the excuse CA(mother)supposedly claimed. Now don’t forget CA is a nurse. The family expressed that CA should see a doctor about her condition. She did not go to a OB until she was 8 months pregnant. In this time frame GA has moved out and this was when a divorce proceeding occured although in his interview IIRC he claims it was due to financial strains. LA also moved out of the house and is living a few minutes away currently. A rumor I did see was that LA would not go to the house if GA was there. The whole family seemed to have self destructed itself around the time CA is pregnant if all of this is accurate and true.
Now fast forward to after Caylee is born. Cindy holds Caylee first after she is born and CA has resented according to GA. GA has moved back into the house but I am not sure when and the divorce proceedings stop. CA got engaged to JG. He got a paternity test to prove he wasn’t the father even though they weren’t together at the time of conception because he was accused or told that he was. That accusation cast doubt to the story about the father dying in the car crash. IIRC the person who died in the car crash was in May not in Aug. on the way to her birthday party. The engagement is called off but I don’t remember who broke it off but they remain close ,off and on again. CA claims she has a job during the day and drops Caylee off to a babysitter or has her mom watch her. She is out with friends and has numerous boyfriends. She is stealing money from family and CA doesn’t hold her accountable or stop it. Her responsibilty of being a mom doesn’t seem to be her first priority and almost like she wants to escape that role and leave it for someone else. She is lokking for freedom to do what she wants and when she wants. She is lying to all her friends especially about her job. One thing I want to mention about this whole job situation, she said to many people she worked at Universal. Her brother owns Universal Ventures. According to FL DOS it is filed under a ficticious name and started 6-14-07. Maybe that was what she meant and never clarified.
I have seen what was in her facebook when they released the records and some of her icons were very disturbing. Some made references to sex, canabis, drinking, bi, friends, boyfriends, being single and a lot more. There was even something about molested at a drive thru or something to that affect and was suppose to be humorous. There was a very graphic pic of a male and a couple of animated sexual graphic. The last time she was on in July she had pics of Caylee and an icon saying missing my love. It really gives an inside view of her. Some of the icons are really funny and not all about negative things. She is still young and a lot of people her age are into the same things and worse (something I try to remind myself) but she is under the microscope. Some things just can’t be read into too much but others are very telling.

I believe it was on NG that an FBI agent vouched for whatever LP said was true. I can’t imagine LP ruinning his reputation and having possible lawsuits for claiming this if there wasn’t some truth to it. There has been no denial from the Anthony family about this claim which I find unusual since this was brought up in Sept. and they have an attorney representing them.
Also, I believe in CA interview she had papers drawn up by an attorney that named the father. I can’t remember if it was insurance or will or what it was that Caylee was included in but it struck me as odd.
So what does this all mean? Honestly, I am really struggling with it. Trying to understand it without all the facts doesn’t help either. The inability for the truth in the beginning and the family being torn apart shows something big caused it to happen. All of the lying and covering up is so extreme. If, and a big ‘if’ it did happen the mentality of all them must be devastated especially CA by being forced to keep Caylee. Maybe that was what CA held over her mother when taking money that wasn’t hers. She maybe felt that she was able to do what she wanted because she was forced into keeping Caylee and she would let everyone know who the real father was. It does not give her the right to potentially do anything to that child or with that child or loose her child. I am really hoping that the FBI has identified who the father is to stop the specualting and put it to rest once and for all. This is damaging to be accused of but even worse if it is true.

Casey Anthony is just so brazen and fearless and conscious-less when she is writing checks at those stores, using her friend’s checkbook and committing FRAUD! A normal person could never pull that off, repeatedly without a guilty conscious. And Casey bought NOTHING for little Caylee.
It makes no sense at all that Lee Anthony (the brother) would refuse to give his DNA …. unless he has something to hide. Why wouldn’t he volunteer to do anything that might help find his niece? Very strange!
I hope the EquuSearch group can find the little body. She deserves a proper burial. It sounded to me like Tim Miller was going to meet with George and Cindy Anthony to give them one last chance to convince Casey to tell where the body is, to help herself in her trial, before the search group finds the body.

That is disappointing that EquuSearch may have to give up because of funding and other searches to focus on. It is a shame when he has over 2,000 volunteers ready to help in the search too. But, the organization probably did have other searches to work on before they got the request to search for Caylee, and those families deserve help too. The murder case against Casey may have to proceed without the body of Caylee being found.
I bet they are not calling Cindy or Lee Anthony to the Grand Jury because their testimony cannot be trusted as truthful. It seems as though George Anthony is the only one who has not lied to police - in the taped police interviews with George, he was very honest about the smell in the car and honest about how Casey acted when he tried to go into the trunk of the car.
Then …..look how George ducks his head and remains SILENT when Cindy is telling someone that the smell was the rotting pizza in the car. George’s body language says that he is having nothing to do with that big lie. Compare that body language to George’s strong outburst when he believed that Caylee was not dead, when he furiously screamed at the camera that it was not Caylee dead in the car.

Tim Miller, founder and director of Texas EquuSearch, is heading back to Texas this evening. Miller returned to Orlando last week to assess the weather conditions — including water levels and vegetation.
But, weather permitting, the group plans to return in about three weeks to resume the search, said EquuSearch search director Mandy Albritton.
“As wet as it is, it’s just better to wait,” she said.

Missing Girl’s Grandmother Breaks Silence, Says Leaks Are Politically Motivated
The grandmother of missing Caylee Anthony is blaming politics and the upcoming election on recent leaks concerning the case of her daughter, Casey.
Tuesday, the state attorney’s office will present its case to a grand jury hoping to bring a murder or manslaughter charges against Casey Anthony.
“I feel that a lot of what is going on right now is a political move on the state attorney’s office - Lawson Lamar,” Anthony said. “I feel that right now I think the reason these leaks are being let out — especially about the grand jury is because of the upcoming election.”
Anthony said she is tired of how the story of Casey and Caylee Anthony has played out in the media, Local 6 reported. She said she hopes that media reports don’t negatively affect the panel of 15 grand jurors Tuesday.
“I just hope those people go in with an open mind,” Anthony said. “If they choose that they think there is enough to go forward, I think that we have enough to exonerate my daughter.”
Anthony said Tuesday’s grand jury is not upsetting her daughter.
“She is upset about her daughter,” Anthony said. “You know that the grand jury hearing tomorrow is not upsetting her. What she is upset with is finding out the information that you know, they stopped looking for Caylee. That is what is upsetting to her.”

Casey Anthony Awaits Grand Jury Decision On Possible Charges
Monday night could be Casey Anthony’s last night of freedom. Eyewitness News is digging into the case against Casey and has obtained new inside information about Tuesday’s grand jury testimony and how soon she could be re-arrested.
Casey Anthony’s mother Monday accused prosecutors of playing politics and rushing the case to the grand jury before the November election, but Eyewitness News was told there are more important deadlines, legal ones, steering the strategy.
Casey could’ve pleaded guilty to child neglect to try to close the case before more serious charges were filed. Taking it to the grand jury stops that.

Eyewitness News has learned the grand jury will hear from half a dozen witnesses Tuesday, investigators from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI, FBI lab specialists and Casey’s father. The grand jury will hear how investigators found high levels of the potentially toxic chemical chloroform in the trunk where they say Caylee’s body had been.
If the grand jury indicts Casey for murdering her daughter Caylee, prosecutors would very likely drop the child neglect charge against her, because she couldn’t be charged with neglecting Caylee by not reporting her missing if she had already killed her.
Depending on what the grand jury does Tuesday, Casey’s visit to her lawyer’s office Monday could be one of her last and Monday night could be the last night she spends at her parents’ house.

Inquiring Mind, Even as Cindy denies the evidence. As a parent, I don’t know exactly how I would think and react. But the evidence shows that the hair came from Caylee and it was from a deceased body. I agree with your opinion concerning GA’s body language. And the denial by Cindy is just sad but that is a mother’s love I suppose. Too bad Casey seems not to have that ability.
They just had Perper on and he did not even know anything about the “banding” on the hair they found. I mean, he acted ignorant that an ID could be made from that and a determination of death. Wow! Incompetent much?
Dove, They just said on NG they (TES) found a size 6 dress similar to one that Caylee once wore. Tim said he thought it was too big but NG said it could belong to Caylee. I think so too. Clothing sizes vary a lot. Thanks for the updates. We sure appreciate it.

They said EquuSearch member found a little black dress with a Disney print on it, that was similar to one that Caylee wore, and the dress was in “good” condition (as not torn or mangled by animals). Tim Miller of E.S. was unhappy that this discovery had been leaked to the media. I wonder why an intact little dress was found apart from the body of Caylee??? Did Casey discard the baby’s clothing separate from Caylee’s little body?
They said that Cindy Anthony is angry with Tim Miller of E.S., and said she will never speak to him again. Disgusting!
It’s all about protecting Casey now, for Cindy Anthony.

I watched NG too. This whole back and forth of are they searching or aren’t they is so irratic. Something is going on and I think it has to do with the GJ tomorrow,IMO. I have looked for a leak and found no mention of a dress. I saw someone on a blog discussing a search with TES but there was no mention of a dress. Usually a leak like that would be in the news. I also found LP claim about the shovel in the pool very odd. There would be no dirt on the shovel once in a pool and mud somewhere. No something is up and it is almost like a silent message to CA but maybe I am reading too much into it.

I thought there was something strange about the “finding of the dress”. It didn’t fit. Tim Miller of EquuSearch did NOT want to talk about it on Nancy Grace.
It sounds to me like someone “planted” a little dress out there (maybe to scare Casey into thinking they were very close to finding Caylee’s body?).
It did not make sense that a dress in “good” condition would be found apart from Caylee’s body/remains.
They said the dress has been sent for testing ……
If EquuSearch really thought the dress was connected to Caylee, I don’t think they would wait another 3 weeks to go back out there and search some more.

Tim Miller said that “he” did not find the dress … and Nancy Grace said, that by her saying “him” = she meant EquuSearch …. and Tim Miller did not reply with any denial that it was EquuSearch …. he just did not want to talk about the dress at all. I don’t know ….. I think someone is trying to pull a stunt to scare Casey Anthony into confessing.
A little dress that had been out there in the elements for four months … would not be in “good” condition …..

New lead attorney for Casey?
Should Casey face a homicide charge, she could be going to trial with a new lead counsel. FOX 35 has learned from the president of the Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association that Baez might not be permitted to represent Anthony in a first degree murder trial.
Richard Hornsby said Baez does not meet the standards set forth by attorneys in capital cases. To be lead counsel you must:
have had five years experience as an attorney
served as co-counsel on two death penalty cases
demonstrated proficiency and commitment which exemplify quality representation in capital cases
However, Baez could still be part of a legal team. Todd Black, spokesperson for Baez, offered this response on Monday:
“It will not change the commitment of the Baez Law Firm and they are fully prepared if an indictment is handed down to represent Ms. Anthony to the fullest.”

I did not realize that Tim Miller said the searcher who found the little dress was with EquuSearch. I would believe Tim Miller over anybody else. He seems so genuine. Maybe that reporter was trying to get the attention off of EquuSearch so there would not be any negative press about what the searcher did that was against search and rescue rules?
In another clip on Nancy Grace, I thought it was odd that Cindy Anthony said that if her daughter is indicted on a murder charge, that “they have enough to exonerate her”. She is talking like a lawyer. Cindy’s focus has totally changed from when she told Casey, “if anything happens to Caylee I will just DIE … do you understand me … I will DIE”.

My first thought when I heard the dress was in “good” condition was “someone” planted it recently in another spot to distract from looking in the right spot.
If they have enough evidence to “exonerate” Casey why
1.Leave caylee alone out there
dead or alive
2.Make their daughter the most hated person.
3. Bring so much trouble and problems to themselves,friends,family and neighbors.
4.Give the “Guilty” party time to get away.
It amazes me how some people rationalize things.

In the Comments section of this article that Dove provided for us …. some people are saying that “someone” planted that little dress because they wanted attention for themselves - wanted to be a hero. That does not really make sense to me. How would finding a little dress (some said it is a “top” only) make the searcher a “hero”, if Caylee’s body/remains is not found WITH the dress?
I kinda think someone planted the little dress to send a message to the Anthony family, and wishful thinking that it might scare Casey into confessing where the body is.

Mish, I agree with you and your thought too. I also thought that maybe someone planted the little dress to throw off searchers from the correct area where little Caylee’s body actually is. I could see someone who has an interest in protecting Casey, doing that.
Or, maybe someone just wanted to keep the “interest” in searching for Caylee alive, and they feared that EquuSearch was giving up for good. Maybe they wanted people to make substantial donations to the EquuSearch org because it operates solely on donations, and Tim Miller has said he has already invested more than $ 44,000 in the search for Caylee?
Whatever reason someone had for “planting” that little dress …. we may never know … but I do not believe the dress is associated with Caylee.
