Updates In Arthur - OQuinn - Stern Lawsuits
Virgie Arthur vs Howard K. Stern, Bonnie Stern, TMZ, Harvey Levin, Nelda Turner, Lyndal Harrington, Teresa Stephens.
Virgie Arthur’s suit charging defamation against Howard K. Stern, Bonnie Stern and Art Harris and the bloggers has had some filings. The lawsuit was transferred from the 190th District in Houston Texas to the 280th District. There was a proposed order April 30th for transfer but it did not appear to be requested by any of the parties to the suit. The document also has “No Transfer” hand marked on it. Now there has been a transfer made and signed by Judge Tony Lindsay.

There is a Docket Control Order singed by the same judge with trial being set in this action for June 1st, 2009.

There is also a hearing set for November 21st 2008, 1:30pm for Art Harris and Bonnie Stern. They are appearing to object to jurisdiction.

In Stern vs O’Quinn, four attorneys have requested to withdraw. They are Benjamin T. Erwin, William V. Custer, Eric P. Schroeder, Nicole J. Wade. No reasons are given.
This is Erwin’s. They are identical motions with the relevant names submitted.

Seeeeeeems this is like makin a mountain out of a mole hill.
Hugh Hefner should take the blame along with Marshall for perversion and telling the truth.
Of course, just like Martha Stewart and that really nice Blonde Lady that tells us ‘to invest’…we kinda get lost in all this, “Too Much Information???”
Seems preety simple realy and not worth backing up and correcting a little spelling.
In other words, once someone is no longer living they are gone…except for those who would rather remember.

Those ‘running for election’…just really know it’s a gosh, darn, good-paying job.

ok, I won’t even pretend to know or understand what the heck Freida is talking about! lol. But at least we can still see the wheels turning on these cases. I do wish the judge would rule on the Financial docs, and I’m curious about the “Material Facts” which “Klein did not consent to”.

Hi Ladies. Hope you are doing good as well. I don’t know why they appoint attorneys and then feel the need to take them off of the case. I guess we will have to wait for an answer from someone who knows procedure. I sure don’t..lol!

Now we all know that none of them were perfect, even though Vickie was airbrushed to perfection…and even when she gained weight…she was ‘really beautiful.’
And her cousin that’s slim and toothless…sure hope she is taking care of herself.

Just like all those dollars people give to the celebrity-politician beggars…that ultimately ends up supporting the entertainment industrial CEOs.

Like the media doesn’t really care, when ‘we’ didn’t and they couldn’t make no more money off promoting this tragic story…yet, some are.
But just pennies compared to when ’she’ was alive…

You know I can forgive most everyone…but I really got to say…
My heart aches for Hugh Hefner not taking better care of that little ‘man child’ especially with his great knowledge and acquired over-educated wisdom.
What a shame…a man that lives to this day in pajama pants…
And you’d think he’d make a stand and at least say something about drugs or poverty or something that, or anything that, might benefit mankind…

How are you doing? I just thought I would let you know that I have been reading your posts. You seem lonely. I just wanted to let you know that even though I do not agree with your view point I enjoy reading your posts. I hope you are doing well.
If I am reading your post correctly, you believe that Anna was used by Hugh Hefner. I agree. I think he has made a fortune using young women for his financial gain. Anna was a very beautiful woman. I think she was naive and was used by a lot of people.

How are you tonight? I agree with you, I hope that Larry is being a good daddy to little Danielynn. Every little girl deserves at least one parent. Larry actual has attributes that I think are needed for good parenting. He has a sense of humor. A sense of humor helps when you are raising a child. One thing I noticed is Anna would smile a lot around Larry. I think that is what she liked about him. He made her laugh. But, I have a hard time with the fact that he changed stories mid stream. Daniel deserved the truth to be told at his Inquest and Danielynn deserves the truth. At the very least Dr Eroshevich and HKS enabled Anna to death. I just can’t imagine why he trusts either one of them around his child. I would be very leery around the two of them, if I was him. But then, that is just my opinion.
Take good care Freida. Have you plans for a nice day tomorrow. My grands got all dressed in their costumes today and went to the scarecrow festival. The had a good time. All of my little goblins. They grow up so fast.

Enablers are all over the place…easy to find if ‘they’ are looking for you.
I kinda think it’s real hard to avoid ‘them’ unless you believe in that baby inside.
Truth is, we don’t know what all was wrong with Anna or Daniel, or why they tried so desperately to escape.
Therefore, how can we blame HKS or that lady doctor that looked liked Barbara Streisand (sp?) when she was made-up?

Seems Virgie was another little girl…once upon a time…why not explore her.

Hey QV, I’m in a pissy mood tonight so forgive me if I’m over the edge. But I’m really curious about something. Howie files his response to the Motion for Summary Judgment, and files it under seal because he is including transcripts of depositions that are under seal in NY.
Does this not then reqire OQuinn to repond under seal also because he must respond to Howie’s statements. This effectively stops inquiring minds from seeing what is going on, which I think was Woodie Woodpecker’s intentions all along.
Most of us believe Woodie is desperate to settle, and is pressuring OQuinn’s insurance to do just that, no matter what OQuinn prefers. Then the settlement will probably be under seal, and we won’t know whether the insurance company just caved, or whether Stern has a legitimate claim in the eyes of the law. That sucks!
I’m wondering, should the insurance settle over OQuinn’s objections (and I still believe OQuinn is not afraid to put any of this before a jury), could OQuinn appeal HIS insurance company’s agreement?
I can understand Woodie not getting paid if the insurance doesn’t settle, and OQuinn wins in Florida, because I don’t believe Howie’s ever paid anything unless it’s drug bills.

I just found your comment. Its up above. This is just my own opinion from what I have seen. I believe you are correct about confidential materials. One thing I do know is in most cases where there is insurance, they have the final say as far as what damages they insure. I don’t think O’Quinn could overrule them if they made a decision to settle because its their money.

You found my post! Thanks QV! I ignore Topix pretty much these days. Occasionally there are posters there who want to post about what happened to Anna and Daniel and all these suits, but most of the time it’s just the Branch Rosidians trying to keep the board off topic. They do not want the general public to know just how many support Virgie in her quest for justice.
I do think it’s a shame about the sealed stuff. I just have to keep thinking that we’re going to court in a state that ALLOWS camera’s in the court room. LMAO, I still think a group of us should coordinate a blogger vacation in Ft. Lauderdale, drinking Margaritas, and clicking those keys!
