The man who designed Anna Nicole’s commitment ceremony dress and his partner have a new tell all book ready for purchase. Anna is pictured below in the gown with Howard K. Stern and “Big Moe” Brighthaupt.
“Anna Nicole: Portrait of an Icon” is a controversial look at her life during the 8 years that the couple knew her as a friend. Written by her dress designer Pol’ Atteu and his partner Patrik Simpson, the book has some surprising stories to read for Anna Nicole Smith fans, their website says.
In this book you see Anna Nicole as funny, beautiful, sexy, naughty, a wonderful mother, a true confidant, but most of all…a friend. Pol’ and Patrik were privy to private thoughts which included: Was Larry Birkhead bi-sexual? Did she really love Howard K. Stern? What sort of antics did her hated mother Virgie try to pull?
Larry Birkhead told the “New York Daily News” yesterday: “They are absolutely crazy, their stories are false, and they will be sued.”
It also looks like if the promo is any indication of what is in the book, Virgie Arthur may also have some objections.

Maurice Brighthaupt aka “Big Moe”, Anna Nicole Smith’s former bodyguard and friend has placed a bulletin on his MySpace page.
He states the following concerning a rumored recent illness.
I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. Thats just misinformation from a tabloid Magazine, but thanks for your prayers and support. And by the way Ford Shelly just said on Geraldo he put out the pictures of Anna. So someone owes me a big public apology don’t you?
“Someone” certainly does owe you a big public apology Moe. But I would not hold my breath. It takes courage and fortitude to admit you were wrong and apologize. “Someone” doesn’t seem to have that quality.
Later on, this site will have more coverage of last nights Geraldo show which vindicated Moe. There will also be video for those that missed the show.
The National Enquirer and TMZ are the internet sites that reported that Anna Nicole’s Big Moe was the one to have the heart attack. Actually it was a rap artist that also uses the name “Big Moe”. Thanks Vivian…

The National Enquirer broke the story that former bodyguard and friend of Anna Nicole Smith, Big Moe has recently suffered a heart attack and stroke. We wish Moe well and hope that he will take care of himself and realize a complete recovery.
Access Hollywood had part two of Moe’s interview this evening. Moe said that his biggest regret concerning the day that Anna Nicole Smith died is that his first phone call was not to 911 but to Howard. He would like everyone to know that Anna was not an out of control junkie but deeply depressed.
Moe told AH Tony Potts when questioned that Howard did give Anna Nicole drugs and also injected her with B12. Sometimes though he said the injections were not always B12.
Larry Birkhead was said to give Anna Nicole drugs too and at times seemed to have the intention to make Anna Nicole look “out of it”. When contacted by Access Hollywood, Larry’s response was “Moe has no credibility”.
Speaking of credibility, this whole tragedy and many of its players are lacking the same. One says one thing and then another. Sworn statements are made and then revoked.
Even supporters and detractors, the regular non celebrity, declare war on each other. Alliances are made and then broken. Cult like and lynch mob behavior is rampant in some circles. It’s gotten way out of hand.
Will there ever be a conclusion to this story? Probably not, but one thing is for sure. Most of us never thought that the life and subsequent death of a B list model actress could cause such a world wide controversy. However, as always, may Anna Nicole and her son Daniel rest in eternal peace.

Tony Potts has interviewed Maurice (”Big Moe”) Brighthaupt. The Access Hollywood segment begins showing a previously recorded clip made soon after Anna Nicole died. Potts states that Big Moe has always supported Howard K Stern 100%. Until now.
Howard K Stern and Lin Wood appeared on Larry King Live last week and both accused Moe of stealing the “tarter sauce” photos.

The pictures of Daniel that Howard was talking about were taken of Daniel after Daniel died. The photos that Lin Wood referred to were apparently taken 2 to 3 weeks before Anna Nicole died.
Moe says it got to the point where he had to say something. He also states that he has been harassed by both Howard and Lin Wood. Wood through threatening letters..
Moe also says “He (Howard) has got on national TV and called me a thief and a liar. He said that I took pictures. Pictures that should have not been taken in the first place”.
Access Hollywood then showed the pictures that were taken of Anna Nicole where she appears unconscious and has appeared to have vomited.
Moes answer to Tony Potts question of a gay sex video that is claimed to exist in Rita Cosby’s book was, “I have never seen any video. Or any behavior that says that HKS is gay”.
Part two is to air tomorrow where Moe reveals “Anna was not an out of control junkie, but a woman that was deeply depressed”.

Pics Show How Easy It Is To Photo Shop Images!
Howard K Stern’s attorney Lin Wood’s statement.
“Shortly after I was retained by Howard Stern, I received firsthand information that MOE BRIGHTHAUPT (”Big Moe”) had contacted tabloids offering for sale one or more photographs of Anna Nicole Smith. Yesterday, photographs of Anna Nicole and Dannielynn were posted on various Internet websites. These photographs are the property of the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith and were stolen from her camera shortly after her death. Big Moe denies selling the photographs but admits that he is distributing them. His misappropriation of Estate property is unlawful and his stated motives for doing so are not credible.
“This is another egregious example of deceit and manipulation by individuals and certain members of the media to profit from Anna Nicole’s death. Even more disturbing is the fact that selective photographs have been distributed - intentionally selected to make Anna Nicole and others appear in a false light. Fortunately, the memory card stolen from the camera had been downloaded before it was stolen and the Estate is in possession of every photograph in the series. The other photographs clearly show that Anna Nicole, as she often did, was merely playing for the camera.
“The Estate shall pursue all available remedies against any individual or entity involved in the unauthorized distribution or publication of these, or any other, stolen photographs.”
A spokesperson for “Big Moe,” PAUL PORTER, says:
“After reading the statement of attorney L. Lin Wood we find it necessary to respond to a series of erroneous comments. Big Moe has never stolen anything, including a memory card shortly after the untimely death of Anna Nicole Smith. Claims of profiting from Anna Nicole’s death are equally disturbing. Big Moe would never seek to profit from the disturbing photographs on various Internet websites.
“In regard to L. Lin Wood’s comment regarding deceit and manipulation the pictures in question through focused eyes speak for themselves. If playing for the camera included Anna Nicole Smith vomiting, L. Lin Wood has taken spin to a new level.
“Big Moe continues to mourn the death of his close friends, but continues to question why pictures on Anna Nicole Smith were ever taken in the first place.”
