Just picked up a copy of US Weekly magazine. This blog does not correctly process question marks in the title. If possible, I would have placed a big question mark ??? behind the “Tombstone for Anna Nicole” part.

US magazine published a story about the arrival of Dannielynn’s 2nd birthday. She sure is a cutie and I hope she had a wonderful time.

As I read the article, I came upon this paragraph quoting Larry Birkhead;

What does this birthday mean to you?

…Today I’m toy shopping; last week I was tombstone shopping for Anna’s grave. [He and Howard K. Stern plan to put it on her Bahamian grave to commemorate what would have been her 41st birthday on November 28]

Howard K Stern has won the first round in his defamation suit against Rita Cosby and her publisher Hachette Book Group.

Stern asked for expedited discovery concerning an alleged bribery attempt by Rita Cosby to pay Anna Nicole Smith’s former nannies for an affidavit stating that they viewed Anna Nicole Smith watching a “gay sex tape” in whom the participants are purported to be Howard K Stern and Larry Birkhead.

Judge D.J. Chin who heard the case said that Stern has presented “troubling” evidence that Rita Cosby has sought to improperly influence witnesses.

Rita Cosby’s counsel countered, “Ms Cosby had absolutely no intent to interfere with any witnesses”, and submitted that “when the full evidence comes out in due course, it will be a decidedly different picture”.

Judge Chin’s decision. “Stern’s application for expedited discovery is granted to the extent that expedited discovery is hereby allowed on the issue of whether Cosby attempted to interfere with potential witnesses and the extent and nature of those alleged efforts”.

Nadine Alexie, one of the nannies for Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn was interviewed by Greta Van Susteren last night. In particular she was asked about a video tape that is said to exist which depicts Howard K Stern and Larry Birkhead having sex.

Nadine was asked about a May 5th meeting in which Nadine and her sister Quethlie Alexis were interviewed with their attorney Elisabeth Thompson by attorney John O’Quinn’s investigator Don Clark and his assistant Wilma Vicedomine. The nannies were asked by Ms Vicedomine if they knew anything about Howard and Larry having a sexual relationship to which both sisters answered no according to Nadine.
