1:22 p.m. Moe calls Tas for 1 minute.

1:24 p.m. Moe calls Howard and tells him to get over to the hotel right away.

1:26 p.m. Howard calls Moe for 1 minute.

1:28 p.m. Moe calls Tas for 4 minutes. Tas is attempting to resuscitate Anna.

1:31, 1:32, 1:33 p.m. Moe calls Hotel Liaison’s cell phone.

1:33, 1:34, 1:35, 1:36 p.m. Howard calls Moe.

1:34, 1:36 p.m. Moe calls Hotel Liaison.

1:36 p.m. Moe calls Tas.

1:36 p.m. Hotel Liaison calls her boss.

1:37 p.m. Howard calls Hotel Liaison twice.

1:38 p.m. Tas calls hotel operator who notifies hotel security.

1:40 p.m. Seminole Police receive emergency call from Hard Rock Hotel Security.

1:40 p.m. Moe enters Anna’s room and takes over resuscitation efforts.

1:47 p.m. Seminole and Hollywood Rescue arrives at Anna’s room.

1:51 p.m. Howard enters room.

2:15 p.m. Rescue takes Anna out of the hotel. Howard went as far as the elevator upstairs and stopped. Moe accompanies Anna to the hospital. Howard seen on hallway floor with his hands covering his face.

2:27, 2:30, 2:32 p.m. Howard calls Moe.

2:37 p.m. Alex Katz, a friend of Dr Khris, whose name was on at least one of the prescriptions calls the Hotel Liaison.

2:49 p.m. Anna Nicole Smith is pronounced dead.

From then on, Howard calls, Alex Goen (TrimSpa), Ray Martino, Hard Rock Hotel, Hotel Liaison, Horizons house in the Bahamas, Ron Rale and Entertainment Tonight. He reserved rooms for the Entertainment Tonight crew.

Howard then calls the Hotel Liaison, “information”, a local elementary school, the local elementary schools aftercare program and at 5:38 p.m. Howard receives a call from his father.
